So, you must be wondering..
What makes Stretch Therapy unique?
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy usually involves doing exercises and stretches by yourself, which can feel like a lot of work.
Stretch Therapy, on the other hand, relieves tension through hands-on stretching, without any effort on your part.
You can feel relief right away, without the work or strain that comes with doing exercises on your own.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can offer immediate relief, but it tends to focus more on temporary relaxation rather than solving the underlying causes of tension or pain.
Stretch Therapy also provides quick relief, but with the added benefit of addressing the root causes—tight muscles, imbalances, or poor flexibility—while also improving flexibility and mobility for long-term relief.
Yoga
Stretch Therapy offers the same benefits as yoga, but with more effective results. I can provide deeper stretches than you can get on your own, thanks to the leverage I have.
Plus, I’m trained to use the proper technique to ensure your stretches are as effective and safe as possible, something that can be tricky to get right without experience.
Plus, there’s the added bonus of "No Effort." You can just lay back, relax, and I’ll do all the stretching for you.
How do I know if this is right for me?
Do you have muscle / joint tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, or knees?
Do you have a desk job that requires a lot of sitting down?
Do you have a job that requires a lot of standing up?
Do you have a manual labor job that requires lots of moving around?
Is your walk “pigeon-toed” or “bow-legged”?
Do you have sciatica?
If you said “yes” to any of the above, then Stretch Therapy is perfect for you.
Is your pain or discomfort is caused by something more serious, like a recent surgery, a neurological condition, or a medical issue?
If so, Stretch Therapy might not be the right choice for you.
What are the benefits?
- Immediate and Longterm Pain Relief
- Increased Mobility and Flexibility
- Improved Posture, Circulation, and Energy Levels
- Zero Effort - you get to be lazy for a few minutes
So how does it work, exactly?
To keep it simple: Muscular tension and joint pain is usually caused by poor posture or movement patterns, which are caused by muscular imbalances.
By correcting those muscular imbalances, we correct your posture, movement patterns, and muscle memory; which means all of the tension and pain disappears.
It does require a few months for your muscles to adapt (about 6 or so), but after that, you have longterm relief.
What should I expect?
First, I come to your location and set up a portable massage table (takes a few seconds - it unfolds).
You lay down, and I use a massage gun to get your muscles warmed up.
Then, I take you through stretches which are specifically tailored to your needs.
You can just lie back, relax, and let me take care of the rest.

FAQ
How soon can I expect results?
Short-term: Many people feel relief after just one session, some even immediately. Most feel noticeably better in just a few hours, with relief lasting up to 4 days.
Long-term: The true, lasting benefits usually take a few months. It takes time for your muscles to retrain and adjust, but with regular sessions, you'll experience long-term pain relief.
What if I don't feel better after trying stretch therapy?
You will know after the very first session if it’s going to work for you, based on whether or not you feel short-term relief.
As long as your pain isn’t from something else (severe injuries, post-surgical issues, neurological disorders, etc), then it should work great for you.
How does this fit into my daily life?
For pain relief, it’s recommended to get two 30-minute sessions per week, for a few months.
It’s also recommended to space out those sessions by about 3-4 days so you have constant relief throughout the week.
What does it cost, and what do I get out of it?
Full Body Stretch - 1-Hour Session (1 per week) - $110
Targeted Body Stretch - 30-Minute Session (2 per Week) - $50 each
Targeted Sampler - 30-minute Session (1 per Week) - $60
What do I need to get started?
All you need is some comfortable clothes that you can easily stretch in (and socks, please), and a space - indoors or outdoors - where I can set up the massage table (which is about the size of a long coffee table).
