What makes Stretch Therapy unique?

With normal yoga (or basic stretching), you have to do all the stretches yourself; but with Lazi Yoga, you can just lay back, relax, and I’ll do all the stretching for you. There is zero effort on your part.

Plus, I’m trained to use the proper methods to ensure your stretches are as effective and safe as possible, something that can be tricky to get right without experience.

Also, Lazi Yoga offers all of the same benefits as normal yoga and stretching, but with more effective results, because I can actually provide deeper stretches than you can get on your own due to the extra leverage I have.

So how does it work, exactly?

To keep it simple: instead of you manually doing the stretches yourself, you just lay back and relax while I stretch you, using the proper techniques. You get all the benefits of yoga, without any of the effort.

Imagine a personal trainer who does all the exercising himself, but you're the one who gets all the gains.. that’s basically what I do, but with stretching.

What should I expect?

First, I come to your location and set up a portable massage table (takes a few seconds - it unfolds).

You lay down, and I use a massage gun to get your muscles warmed up.


Then, I take you through stretches which are specifically tailored to your needs.

You can just lie back, relax, and let me take care of the rest.

How soon will I see results?

Most clients feel results immediately after the first session, with reduced tension and better mobility. But consistent sessions provide long-term improvements in posture, circulation, energy levels, and even pain relief.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all! In fact, if you feel stiff or inflexible, this is perfect for you because it helps loosen tight muscles without requiring any effort on your part.

Can I do this if I have an injury?

It depends on the injury. If you have a serious or recent injury, I recommend consulting a doctor first. But if you just have general stiffness, tightness, or muscle soreness, this is perfect for you.

How does this fit into my daily life?

It only takes about 30-60 minutes per week, and you can either do it all at once, or spread it out by 3-4 days, depending on your preference.

What does it cost, and what do I get out of it?

Full Body Stretch - 1-Hour Session (1 per week) - $110

Targeted Body Stretch - 30-Minute Session (2 per Week) - $50 each

Targeted Sampler - 30-minute Session (1 per Week) - $60

What do I need to get started?

All you need is some comfortable clothes that you can easily stretch in (and socks, please), and a space - indoors or outdoors - where I can set up the massage table (which is about the size of a long coffee table).
